DP-Master Manufacturing CO., LTD

DP-Master is based in the Jiangyin Economic Development Zone along the Yangtze river delta located about a 2 hour drive from Shanghai. Established in 2003, DP-Master is a privately owned company that has undergone significant growth in capacity and market share. The factory site covers an area of 460,000 m2 with over 130,000 m2 of covered plant facility. Current production capacity for drill pipe is 250,000 joints per year in addition to HWDP, Drill Collars and Drill String Accessoires.

As one of the earliest Chinese drill pipe manufacturers to establish a strong export base especially to the North American market, DP-Master has now established itself as one of the top 3 drill pipe manufacturers globally. With clients on all continents, DP-Master has gained a solid industry reputation for quality and reliability as well second to none customer service.

In 2010 DP-Master established the International Sales & Marketing office in Singapore, which supports all our sales personnel and clients including administration, logistics and technical support services.

DP-Master has always had a quality-focused culture. For this reason we source our green tubes from CITIC Taifu Special Steel and our tool joints from approved forging companies. To further enhance our quality credentials, DP-Master entered into a long term strategic partnership with TUBOSCOPE to have the state of the art TRUSCOPE system installed at our facility. The TRUSCOPE system is a multi function body wall inspection system for tubes including Ultrasonic Wall Thickness control as well longitudinal, transverse and oblique defect detection. This is the only system of its kind in China and it offers our clients an added level of assurance when they purchase DP-Master drill pipe.

We are proud to announce that DP-Master state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities possess the annual production capacity of 100,000 metric tons of drill pipes and heavy weight drill pipes to the world’s drilling industry. The increasing complexity and challenging drilling conditions has shaped the drilling industry to require the highest quality and sophisticated drilling products. Therefore, we are continuously investing in advanced manufacturing systems and human capital to deliver excellence in products and services quality to exceed our customers’ requirements. We develop new products to ensure that we can satisfy the industry with first class products.
